Public offer

1. General

This is a public offer by Alisa Riabokon, sole proprietor registered in Russia (Russian taxpayer ID 253814594275, OGRNIP 326253600067103), the Seller, to provide access to the Krugosvetka Pro service on the terms below.

The agreement is concluded when the chosen plan is paid. Paying means full acceptance of this offer.

2. Terms

Site — krugosvetka.site. Service — the closed Krugosvetka Pro sections of the Site: ticket search across every date of a month, “anywhere” search, the direct flights map and other tools described in the account.

Buyer — the person who paid for access. Account — the Buyer's account on the Site that the access belongs to. Access period — the time the Service is open under the paid plan.

3. Plans

Test — 3 days, 150 ₽. Once per account, only for accounts that have never paid before.

Month — 30 days, 490 ₽. Year — 365 days, 3 500 ₽.

Lifetime — 9 500 ₽, no end date: access lasts as long as the Seller runs the Service.

Current prices are shown in the account and form part of this offer. Price changes do not affect access periods already paid for.

4. Payment

Every payment is one-off. There are no automatic charges; the Seller never receives or stores card details.

Payment by cards issued outside Russia is not available yet; Russian bank cards and the Faster Payments System (SBP) are accepted through Tochka bank.

5. Access period

The access period starts once the payment provider confirms the payment and opens in the account automatically.

A new payment made before the current period ends is added to its end: paid days are never lost. When the period ends, access closes by itself with no charges.

6. Refunds

If a payment went through but access did not open for technical reasons, the Seller opens it manually or, at the Buyer's choice, refunds the payment in full.

Lifetime plan: once more than 3 years have passed since payment, the service is deemed fully and properly rendered. If the Service or the Site stops working after that, no refund is due.

Other refunds follow Russian consumer law. Write to hello@krugosvetka.site with the account email, the date and the amount; requests are reviewed within 10 days. Foreign-currency refunds may take up to 20 days and follow the payment partner's terms. Access ends when a refund is made.

7. Use, information and liability

The Buyer uses the Service personally and does not share account access. On a breach the Seller may end access without a refund.

Prices and schedules come from third-party providers (including Aviasales / Travelpayouts) and are for reference: the final price and availability are on the site where you buy. The Seller is not an agent of airlines, hotels or booking services.

8. Personal data and details

Buyer data is processed under the Site's privacy policy and stored in Russia.
